How To Optimize your Digital Footprint for College Applications

What is a Spike?

  • a set of uncommon achievements that will impress college admissions.
  • a deep level of expertise in a focused and non-traditional area of personal passion.

Why do you need a Spike?

  • good grades and high test scores are necessary but no longer enough.
  • too many applicants now have extracurricular achievements from school. (i.e. team captain, club officer, MUN chair, etc.)
  • students thrive when they discover and pursue an area of great passion.
